CK-N30100T Carbon Steel Overrunning Clutch For Bucket Elevator
CK-N30100T is a specific type of sprag overrunning clutch. This model without bearing supported and oil seal. The clutch with a torque arm, suitable to apply at low speed device.
Secured to a fixed part of the machine and passing through the slot in the torque arm while assembly. Provides the rotating stop. Radial clearance on the bolt should be equal to 1% of the solt with. Prestress is forbidden to apply on the torque arm and the bearing.
CK-N30100T mainly used as a backstop or indexing clutch for packaging and printing machinery. It could bring high torque load with a limited space requirement.
